Zoom is a video meeting application for phone and computer. Businesses use zoom to hold meetings with staff and clients around the world. The meeting runs exactly how it would if they were there physically.

Zoom meditations work in the same way. I host the meditation course on Zoom, and you join me from wherever you are.

Few of us can avoid getting caught up in our busy world. Technology keeps on advancing and demands on us keep increasing. We try our best to keep up, but stress and anxiety are growing. Sometimes, it’s hard to know what to do next. We all need to learn how to slow down.

Prior participants of my courses have said that even after only one session, they already felt more relaxed and less anxious. Focus, concentration, and memory improve for some. Pain and sleep disturbances reduce for others. No two people participate in meditation courses for the same reasons, but everyone benefits.

I will be working with the air element during the course to channel the healing directly to you. So, please share with me your photo, name and surname to ensure the energy is transferred directly to you during the course.

‘Zoom Meditation’ Course Components

The online course is made up of four different sections. These are:

  1. Main healing meditation, working through chakras via body scan and guidance.
  2. Healing the earth.
  3. Channelling healing to each attendee via the air element (of the five I work with).
  4. Closing down the chakra and creating protection circles before closing off.

Online Meditation Courses – Everything You Need to Know

  • Each course runs for five weeks.
  • Sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm.
  • Each course of 5 sessions, held each Wednesday evening costs $100.
  • Online attendance only (via Zoom).
